ThinkOS Public Beta
Public Beta Support
How to send a useful support request without exposing raw Work Memory.
Never send raw Work Memory, private source files, Google data, API keys, or connector tokens through ordinary support channels.
Before You Contact Support
- Open Trust Center and note the ThinkOS version, build state, update channel, and updater status.
- Export diagnostics from Trust Center.
- Do not send raw Work Memory files, Google exports, email, calendar data, API keys, or connector tokens.
What Diagnostics Include
- App version, packaged state, update channel, update feed, telemetry opt-in state, and app paths.
- Vault configured state, source counts by kind, dependency readiness, connector state, failed workflows, failed CLI runs, and recent audit events.
- Diagnostics are support data, not a full memory export.
Escalate Immediately If
- ThinkOS cannot launch after reinstall.
- Diagnostics export does not complete.
- Revoke, purge, export, or delete actions do not complete.
- A workflow appears to write durable memory without an approval gate.
