Downloads
iPhone and iPad through TestFlight
- ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
- Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
- New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
- TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
- Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.
Highlights
- Signed and notarized macOS Apple Silicon builds are published through the ThinkOS update feed.
- Settings includes update status, update channel selection, automatic update checks, and a manual update check.
- Public beta docs, troubleshooting, release notes, and latest download links are served by the Rails app.
- Diagnostics export includes release, updater, connector, vault, dependency, workflow, and CLI state.
Updating
- Packaged builds check the configured channel feed about every 6 hours while ThinkOS is open.
- When an update is downloaded, ThinkOS installs it after download when you quit the app.
- Download the latest macOS installer
Known Beta Gaps
- Hosted support/admin views, paid upgrade gates, and one P1 non-Google connector are still in progress.
- Company and market dossier artifacts are planned after the initial Compiled Intelligence beta.
