iPhone and iPad through TestFlight

  • ThinkOS has completed Apple's TestFlight review and is approved for public testing. We're distributing the iOS app through TestFlight for now because we're making rapid changes and want to deliver fixes and improvements quickly before the full App Store release.
  • Install Apple's free TestFlight app on your iPhone or iPad if you do not already have it, then open the ThinkOS public TestFlight link on that device and tap Accept or Install.
  • New ThinkOS builds appear in TestFlight as they are released. You can update manually or enable automatic updates in TestFlight. Expect frequent changes, occasional rough edges, and features that may move while the early release develops.
  • TestFlight builds are available for up to 90 days. We plan to keep a current build available, but if a build expires, return to TestFlight for the newest one.
  • Feedback is part of this early release: send notes from TestFlight, including screenshot feedback when useful, so we can reproduce issues and improve the next build.

Highlights

  • Keep ToDos, FYIs, and Fun together in Feed, with a Done list and controls to reopen completed ToDos.
  • View interactive HTML artifacts inside threads and save copies to a Sphere.
  • Choose Queue or Steer when sending a message during an active run.

Desktop

  • Find Spheres with a searchable switcher and navigate clearer Channels, Threads, and direct message lists.
  • Create Spheres with clearer setup choices and recovery for failed or stalled creation.
  • See the current conversation audience and preserve drafts when shared thread starts fail.
  • Follow steadier agent progress with meaningful steps and clearer retry guidance.

Shared Spheres

  • Paste or drop files into shared conversations, track uploads, and retry failed attachments.
  • Invite people by email with clearer pending, joined, and recovery states.
  • Start contextual direct messages with Sphere members, including members with read-only access.
  • Keep thread placement and focus through Sphere moves and navigation.

Reliability

  • Recover shared Sphere access more reliably across your computers and newly approved devices.
  • Preserve shared drafts, private conversation history, and attachment outcomes through refreshes and retries.
  • Reduce memory use and background sync work to improve desktop responsiveness.
  • Retry interrupted update downloads and recover failed installs more reliably.
